Dot Teso, CFRM, is the Executive Director of Catholic Peoples Foundation of the Diocese of Gallup, and has over 19 years of development experience. Dot began her fundraising career working in a one person office setting up a fundraising program for Mulberry Lutheran Home, Inc. in Mulberry, Indiana. Dot went on to work in Catholic Schools Development at Father Thomas Scecina Memorial High School, located in the Archdioceses of Central Indiana. Dot's experience includes working as a fundraising consultant –Dot is Managing Partner of FundBeginnings, LLC. — Throughout her career she has work with various agencies, special fundraising projects and has consulted for private schools and various non-profit organizations.
Dot attended Marion College in Indianapolis, and the University of New Mexico. She is certified in Fundraising Management, Moves Management, Catholic Schools Development and Prospect Research. She has participates in the Association of Fundraising Professionals, AFP and has served on various committees for the Indianapolis chapter. Dot has been a guest presenter many times and currently conducts her own series of webinars and workshops designed specifically for Catholic School and Agency Development.
Alice Salaz has worked for CPF for 27 years. Alice is a graduate of Draughnon’s Business College in Albuquerque, NM. After graduation, Alice worked as a legal secretary in the District Attorney’s office. Soon afterwards, Alice began working for the Diocesan Development Office; now Catholic Peoples Foundation.
Alice lives in Gallup with her husband, Tom. They have two children and three grandchildren.

Maira Olivas
Office Manager
Maira Olivas has been working at CPF since 2003. Maira has an Associates Degree in Business Administration from UNM-Gallup.
Maira lives in Gallup with her husband, Chato, and 2 sons, Daniel and Damien.

Paul Endter
Director of Mission Co-op
Deacon Paul Endter has been the Director of the Mission Co-op for the Diocese of Gallup since 2007.
Deacon Paul was born in Germany, and educated in the United States. Deacon Paul has worked in the semi-conductor industry as an engineer, manager and designer. He was ordained to the Diaconate in 2007.
Deacon Paul has been married for 54 years, has 8 children and 14 grandchildren.

Marie Fidero Event
Event/Volunteer Coordinator
Marie Fidero began working for CPF in 2009. Marie holds a BS from Ave Maria University in theology and philosophy. Marie began working in Development for pro-life institutes in 2007.
Marie resides in Gallup with her husband, Jon, and two children.
